B&IT has positioned itself as a specialized,independent and owner-operated IT consulting company that serves industrial and commercial customers from the mill/metals sector, mechanical and plant engineering,and manufacturing.

We are a professional IT service provider in process and application management with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA, OpenText and shop-floor applications, and have at our disposal a wide variety of relevant customer references.

We create added value for our customers through our excellent IT-management and process consulting, our professional services in IT implementation, and our sound program and project management.

Our close cooperation with EPO Consulting enables us to extend our solution portfolios for mill/metals and the manufacturing business by offering mobile solutions and HTML5 apps for SAP – both as standard software and as personalized solutions tailored to customer specifications. All HTML5 apps function in both the online and offline mode on the IOS/iPad mobile operating system and on Android and Windows tablet PCs.

Working in close cooperation with our customers’ staff, our experienced team designs tailor-made, economically viable solutions, which our customers often implement worldwide.

Therefore, our dedicated employees are accustomed to acting in accordance with our customers’ myriad requirements for international projects – and thus to closely cooperating with the customers’ staff on site.

Upon joining B&IT, new employees may take advantage not only of our excellent on-the-job education and training program but also of personal mentoring by an experienced coach, with the aim of becoming a professional member of our customer-oriented consulting team.

B&IT was founded in 2005 in Austria by a team of experienced consultants who previously worked for the Böhler Uddeholm Group. Since then, operating as an owner-led company, B&IT has achieved sustainable commercial success in the market.

B&IT’s expertise is based on numerous successful customer projects and on the many years of experience of its ca. 25 consultants. In addition, it has established an international network of partners with project experience. B&IT is headquartered in Salzburg, Austria and has offices in Vienna and Waidhofen (Austria), Munich (Germany) and Zürich (Switzerland).
